Not exactly, the Asians have pulled even farther ahead. Strange what having a culture that is fanatical about education and achievement can do. I have long argued that there is no such thing as a superior race, but there is manifestly obvious that there are superior and inferior cultures.

Every June there is a story about the "achievement gap" between racial groups in the schools. It is the annual pandering for more money to "fix" the problem. The gap remains the same year after year. Much like the income gap graph. Too bad the voters are too stupid to check history and tell the pandering politicians there will be no more money thrown at an "effort" that has never resulted in any significant improvement.
