In his latest TV ad Dick Blumenthal shows how he has saved or created Jobs, by going after GM when they wanted to close a Cadillac dealer in Meriden CT. He stood up to GM and forced them to allow Alderman Motors sell new cars again. What a man! Eventually Rep. Chris Murphy (D), Blumenthal (D), and Reps. from Dodd (D) and Lieberamn (I) showed up to congratulate them. And they are proud of it on their website.

WOW! What a guy! First he fights the Viet Cong in Vietnam and now he’s fighting GM! What a stand up guy! My ZERO...
If Comrade Obambam can force Americans to buy gummint medical care (complete with death panels) against their will, then, with the assistance of Tricky Dick Blumenthal (a creature worse even than Lowell Weicker), Comrade O can force Meriden (relatively poor CT city) area residents to buy Cadillacs from Gummint Motors via Alderman Cadillac.
Yeah! Show those ads of McMahon's voting record in Congress.
Oh, wait...
Okay, show those ads of McMahon, as a public servant, taking on the bad guys.
Oh, wait....
I got it. Show McMahon, in the courthouse suing on behalf of the citizens of CT.
Dang it.
Did you accidentally hit the "G" instead of the "D" when you signed up?
It was the Car Czar put in place by the Obama Administration that forced GM and Chrysler to close down dealerships, with many saying they targeted republican-supporting dealers and republican areas.
Apparently, this one was a problem for the democrats, so Obama had them open it back up.
I don't see why the democrats should get credit for reversing themselves after putting this dealership under for months.
I sent them a comment on their web site, apologizing for them having to kiss the butts of the democrats to get their dealership re-opened, and telling them I hoped some day they could tell the truth without worrying about being put out of business by the administration.
Wonder why the dealer had a problem. City with bad economy selling Cadillacs. What could have possibly gone wrong?
