Pelosi confident about keeping her job

U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi says she is "absolutely" convinced Democrats will hold on to their majority when voters go to the polls in November.
Pelosi told members of the Democratic caucus she has faith in the caliber of the party's candidates going into the fall elections, The Hill reported Wednesday.
"They won their districts before and they will win them again," Pelosi told her first meeting with her caucus since the August recess.
She said Democrats will provide a clear contrast to their Republican opponents who want to take the country back to the "failed" economy of the Bush years.

When will people understand the truth. It wasn't the failed Bush policies that brought this country to its knees, it was democrat control of legislation that allowed the housing bubble to blow this country up - and they're still trying to get away with more destruction. Until the Pelosies, the Barney Franks and the Chris Dodds of this world die off, only then will we be better off.
