the healthcare reform case should befast tracked to the supreme court. there was bill in the 1920s in Massachusetts the Maternity Act that had similar positions deemed unconstitutional and lo and behold 5 years after it was passed it fell apart. the depression destroyed it completely. Lets fast track Obozos demise right to the Supreme Court.
