Trend has been favoring Ayotte all night. I guess some early results came in from Lamontagne-friendly towns in various parts of the state.
Ayotte is now seen as the likely winner. Wow!

The trend from the first reading to now has been favorable to Ayotte. If it still continues, she’ll win.

I’ll be honest, I hope kelly wins b/c she has the better chance of winning in Nov. Getting CA, NV and DE all to flip is trying to draw an inside straight.

Let’s hope whoever wins it is a bit more convincing than a hair margin...the outcome being in doubt, talk of recounts, conspiracies, etc. is not something we need - especially in a swing state.

If the trend continues, it will not be so close.

"Two-month long recount..." I don't think so, Lamontagne had a huge lead with 15% counted, and ever since, the trend has been very, very strongly toward Ayotte. Only half the vote has been counted, and if the current trend continues, she will beat him by 8-12%.

CNN couldn’t take any more, they went to rerun.
Chrissy ‘tingles’ is still on.
If Ayotte wins this one, will he cry?

I may be an idiot but I have been trying to find the “official official” results via the NH Sec. of State and I have found no link. Not on the (truly) pathetic official site or even on the Union Leader or WMUR site. No surprise in regards to the Sec. of State site due to his party’s predicted and actual anemic Dem turnout. Any help?
