Yesterday, White House sources confirmed that President Obama will deliver another back-to-school address aimed at all of the nation’s children. That’s right, the president will make September 14 the second-annual Obama Day at your local school!
You might recall last year’s Obama Day, for which the U.S. Department of Education put out teaching guides that gave parents across the country reasonable cause to fear a day of liberal politics and celebrating President Obama. You might also remember the divisive national uproar that precipitated, which ultimately culminated in a relatively staid — but nonetheless campaign-esque — speech, not to mention a fair amount of after-the-fact sneering at people who either didn’t want public-school kids exposed to left-wing politicking or just wanted their kids, you know, left alone by the president.

When my kids were young I had to pay for some publication paper that was filled with leftist propaganda. They had quizes on it. I am so glad my kids are all out of school.
I can’t imagine how bad it is today compared to even 6 years ago.
Oh yeah, Rush should have some fun with this. More than the poor kids having to sing to our “Dear Leader”.
I doubt if Barry’s Momma had a lot to say to him about school as she abandoned him to his grandparents at the tender age of 10. The guy just makes it up as he goes.
What is pathetic is that he knows he gets caught in lies yet he persists in lying.
He can’t even prove what he says because his admin has blocked all documents to prove what he claims.
My best guess is that Obama probably would have had average to poor grades in school. He is a totally manufactured person.
Someone needs to photoshop that “My education, My future” picture so that ‘education’ is spelled ‘edukation’.
I hear he is going to use a chalkboard to explain mathematically exactly how much the national debt will have increased to by the time they have grown up. Then he will calculate how much their tax payment will have to be to just pay the interest on the debt. Its a great way to teach mathematics to these young kids and I salute our great president for doing this!
Let’s guess how many times he will use the word “I”...

According to Federal Public Law 108-447:(note [2-b] )
SEC. 111. (a) The head of each Federal agency or department shall—
(1) provide each new employee of the agency or department with educational and training materials concerning the United States Constitution as part of the orientation materials pro-vided to the new employee; and
(2) provide educational and training materials concerning the United States Constitution to each employee of the agency or department on September 17 of each year.
(b) Each educational institution that receives Federal funds for a fiscal year shall hold an educational program on the United States Constitution on September 17 of such year for the students served by the educational institution.

Members of our County Tea Party Patriots group have been calling Principals and Administrators of our local Schools and asking them. To date we have yet to find one who has even heard of it. Most of us just don’t have calls returned or get the run-around.
Why don’t you check with your school and see if they are aware of it or have any intentions to comply?
If anyone here is a Federal Employee, have you ever seen the materials specified in the law?
And I read about democrat whining on another thread that they “just aren’t getting their message out.” Re-write that as “the idiot masses do not believe how much smarter we are than them!”
