Powerful Hurricane Igor is churning in the central Atlantic Ocean. The forecast calls for Igor to maintain major hurricane status, category three or higher, as it moves off to the west and eventually the northwest across the open Atlantic the next several days.
While it appears Igor will have no direct impacts on the Leeward Islands, it is too early to determine what impacts the hurricane may bring to Bermuda this coming weekend. Large swells generated from Igor will arrive late this week and continue through the weekend along the U.S. East Coast. As a result, there will be a threat of dangerous rip currents.

Looks like TS Julia is going to be a fish storm also and follow Igor.
Invest 92 may get to land in the lower Gulf of Mexico and impact south Texas and Mexico.
