So I’m confused. Is it OK to get out-of-state money, or is it bad? I thought the argument was that it was good.

“This is the first election I can remember in Delaware where a campaign is being funded almost entirely by out of state interests,” said Castle.

Is that true or not?.... Sounds to me like both candidates are getting a lot of cash from out of staters.

LOL! Arlen Specter suffers greatly from this affliction!

He and Castle have that same corrupt, diseased look!

Keep praying for Christine and our nation. We need to win this, with God’s help and a lot of hard work.

Last I heard, the U.S. Senate is a national legislative body, and as such its elected members serve the interests of all U.S. citizens.

I know that’s the view of an eternal optimist, and the actions of the federal government frequently indicate otherwise, but that is how it’s supposed to work.

Last I read in the U.S. Constitution, congressmen and senators are sent to Washington to represent the people of their districts and states respectively.

If the senate were supposed to be a "national legislative body" serving the "interests of all U.S. citizens", we should abolish electing senators on a state-by-state basis and elect 100 at-large senators.

The leftists are mad that so many of these state offices are being looked on a national level.

They have always used nefarious, illegal and fraudulent votes to win elections.

Nothing wrong with having help from out of state as most of these offices effect the entire population of the country.

Dems and leftists are crying foul because Conservatives are getting more involved and doing all they (we) can to keep them from stealing elections.

National money/help is good!

I'm not sure what you're all worked up about. Are you suggesting the Senate is not a "national legislative body"?

Yes, we all know individual senators represent their constituents within the Senate, but the United States Senate as a whole operates at the national level and its legislation affects "all U.S. citizens."

I can't believe all the Castle apologists. What could Castle give us that a Dem wouldn't? He votes with Zero most of the time and has already vowed to vote against repealing Zerocare. I say to hell with the RINOs. Its better to lose trying to seat conservatives than to give up and offer up the seat to a RINO.

I prefer Christine, but I think Chris Coons is still far more principled than Mike Castle and the better candidate if it came down to those two.

I know Castle voted for an investigation of GWB's "lying" about Iraq. That's enough for me.

I swear, some people here would vote for Barak Obama if he put an "R" after his name and was favored in the general.
