It was simply disgusting. I realize I shouldn’t expect better, but I’m still enraged, nonetheless.
What did our Fearful Leader do on September 11?
He sent Biden to Ground Zero, but if that wasn’t atrocious and disrespectful enough, his speech was concilatory and preachy at the same time. Here is his FB post: “Barack Obama We mark September 11 as a National Day of Service and Remembrance. If there is a lesson to be drawn on this anniversary, it is this: we are one nation bound not only by grief but also by a set of common ideals. By giving back to our communities, by serving people in need, we reaffirm our ideals.”
Contrast with President Bush’s: “George W. BushOn September 11, 2001, Americans awoke to evil on our shores. On this solemn day of remembrance, Laura and I hold the victims and their families in our thoughts and prayers. We recall the many acts of heroism on that day, and we honor those who work tirelessly to prevent another attack. May God bless our great country and those who defend her.on Saturday”
I hope Rush covers this jerk Tariq Ramadan on “This Week With Christiane Amawhore” going unchallenged calling anyone opposed to the Ground Zero mosque a racist and bigot. This “Islamaphobia” crap is the new way the media will call conservatives racists. It must stop!
I’m so sick of being racist for having beliefs that may conflict with someone of another race. Sheesh.
You know, I NEVER imagined after 9/11 occurred we’d even be debating building a Mosque on that hallowed ground. SICKENING. I honestly spent most of Saturday really, truly upset and more angry than I have been since that Tuesday in 2001.
