Rep Castle: Murkowski warned me to "be careful" after Primary

WILMINGTON, Del. -- If there was a lesson to be learned in the wake of Alaska's Republican Senate primary, Rep. Mike Castle's (R-Del.) campaign appears to have learned it.

Campaigning in Wilmington ahead of Tuesday's primary where Tea Party-backed Christine O'Donnell is riding some last-minute momentum courtesy of endorsements from former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin and Sen. Jim DeMint (R-S.C.), the longtime congressman told The Hill he's taking nothing for granted.

Castle said Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) phoned him after her stunning primary loss at the hands of Tea Party-backed Joe Miller with a warning.

"She told me to be careful, because [The Tea Party Express] will come at me with everything they've got," Castle recounted. "They're certainly not above misrepresentation."

Castle said while he took Murkowski's warning to heart, he was already taking the primary challenge from O'Donnell seriously.

Castle recounted: "Their certainly not above misrepresentation".
WHAT??? You sorry a** RINO. I guess it's not "misrepresentation" to try and pass yourself off as a Republican when, in your heart, you're a DemocRAT!!! Just shut your lying mouth.

One RINO, dead in the water, (Murkie) trying to save another RINO who’s drowning in all of his lies and deceit.

” ... Castle said Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) phoned him ... “

Is RINO Networking Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for GOP incumbents?

Mike Castle has been in government since the mid-1960s.
Why the F does he need to run for Senate, at the age of 71?
He has voted in favor of Cap and Trade, abortion, against Bush's Iraq policies, and he is non-committal on Obamacare repeal.
The guy is a loser RINO who needs to retire.

It has been a bad year for the RINOs. Americans aren’t fooling around anymore. We are on the verge of losing our country and we’re pissed! There was a time in America when a muzzie wouldn’t dare trying to pull the bull**** that Victory Mosque muzzie is trying to pull.

Why, because th RNC begged him to run.

He won his last three house races with around 60% of the vote and the GOP wants to pick up the Senate seat even if it ment sacrificing his house seat.

Better watch your back Castle, cause we’re going to paddle your behind!

And we’ll be laughing and smiling while we do it. :)

Hadn’t heard about the DeMint endorsement before now.

Usually endorsements don’t mean squat, but I trust DeMint, as I’m sure many, many other passionate and solid conservatives do.

If Jim prefers a long shot at getting O’Donnell elected, as against Castle being a highly probable, that’s good enough for me. He’s not gonna make that calculation without good reason.

RedMDer: The fact that he listened to Murkowski, a loser who got to the Senate through rank nepotism, proves that in addition to being a liberal hack, Castle lacks the proper judgment to serve in the U.S. Senate.

Thanks for the ping and for your hard work here on behalf of the cause.

“...Why the F does he need to run for Senate, at the age of 71?...”

Don’t you understand? The incumbents have tenure and are entitled. It is their seat not the voters’ seat of representation. Yes, I am being sarcastic and abhor entrenched incumbents.
