Lawsuits are very nasty business. So, too, is this kind of "reporting" by John McCormack at the Weekly Standard. http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/citing-mental-anguish-christine-odonnell-sought-69-million-gender-discrimination-lawsuit-again
I suppose he just came upon this information and, of course, in the public's interest wants to get it out there 48 hours before the primary election in Delaware. He doesn't take any of this personally. No, no way. He just wants to make sure the truth is aired.
Let's be clear about something. McCormack, et al, are doing all they can to hand the Delaware seat to a liberal. Should O'Donnell win Tuesday's primary, the Democrat will be trolling for opposition dirt to use against her, and he need only Google the Weekly Standard and McCormack in particular. There the Democrats will find all the poison they could ever want, including the cherry-picked information spun neatly into readily available commercials. Should Castle win the primary and the general, then Castle will be just as liberal in the Senate as he was in the House, which is very liberal, where he'll join Snowe, Collins, Lugar, Graham, and others, in a Gang of Whatever. But it's an outcome the Weekly Standard and McCormack dearly desire, as they've spent a great deal of effort to accomplish this goal.

Lot of favors being called in.
Problem is the conservative readership is following this closely.
National Review is playing russian roulette with their subscriptions.
and Weekly Standard...
Only real Constitutionalists like Christine O’Donnell, Allen West, Sharron Angle and Joe Miller will fight hard enough to undo the damage of Obama.
And candidates like Paladino for NY governor.
It will not be easy to undo Obamas destructive deeds, and only individuals like these will fight the Ruling Class hard enough to get it done.
bump
Ive been a little suspect of the Weekly Standard. Im convince that if they espouse the R they need watched closely.
Now why would they do that?
The Weakly Standard has always been a terrible Rino publication. Look at the two pseudo-conservatives running it. Barnes and Kristol. Have these folks ever got behind Constitutionalists?
Ping to TGO’s FaceBook entry.
Thank you. I just finshing linking it to the other thread and reading it in its entirety.
Shame on Kristol and his Weekly subStandard.
The Weekly Standard (and sadly, the National Review, post WF Buckley, God rest him) have become firmly fixed inside-the-beltway Ruling class tools. They are quite happy to support “Republicans” (RE: RINO’s) who support the Washington Status Quo, but they will NOT support true, “country class” Conservatives from the heartland.
SO opposed are they to true Conservatism that they will either support a 3rd party Crist-style candidate ot support a Democrat in many cases. Why? Because they are more comfortable as the minority party in the Ruling class than as the “majority” in a new “Conservative reality.” Ruling class = POWER, but a new “Conservative reality” = a return of POWER (and $$) to the PEOPLE.
And, in a new Conservative reality, they would/will be an almost unrelenting 5th column FOR the enemy, undermining the Conservative government at every turn, supporting Leftists, propping up Progressives and re-energizing Democrats. Because they are on the side of the RULING class — not the people, regardless of the initial behind their names, (R) or (D).
An exceptionally flawed conservative candidate - too bad.
Well said
Of the three, Miller is by far the strongest. Angle must have gotten some good advice, ‘cuz I haven’t heard anything negative about her for several weeks. Christine, well, 2 out of 3 ain’t bad.
“69 million?”
I’ll bet it was one tenth of that amount.

Which is correct? Or are my new bifocals messin’ with me again?
But they ARE...
Christine O'Donnell tracked by a Mike Castle Operative (RINO Using Rat Playbook)
Funny, you seem to favor those who have already won their primaries.
The pattern you reveal mirrors that of the false conservatives—supporting conservative issues that have nothing at stake, while speaking against those which could actually advance our cause.
O’Donnell is a real conservative, and the only hope for her opponents is to spread dirt about her on websites like this one.
Always support the conservative in a primary contest. Always. Ignore the attacks; that just means they are scared.
Isn't there another conservative in Delaware without all the skeletons and issues? Hope like hell I'm wrong, but if she wins the primary, she'll get waxed in November.
It is a NeoCon publication. And the American Enterprise Institute is a NeoCon think tank.
