This is a person who is fundamentally out of touch with how the world works, who happened to have played a wonderful con,as a result of which he is now president, Gingrich tells us. Why wasn't Obama fully vetted, including his complete birth, education and personal background? Numerous legitimate sources now saying "we know nothing about this man. There's NO excuse for why the people in charge of checking out this man's background didn't do their job. It is a Constitutional requirement.

Say what you will about Jerome Corsi, he pretty much arrived at this conclusion when he wrote "Obama Nation." He may not have done so with D'Souza's perspective of having been born in a former colony, but he had collected and compiled a lot of the data and background that D'Souza processed in his piece.

What I am waiting to hear is from the liberals who put this crackpot in power, and then, after self reflection, and buyer’s remorse will say in their deniability “ how did we get here at this point in time ? “ knowing full well that they voted for this guy......

Agreed.
Where has Gingrich been? I read an IBD editorial in '08 that said the same thing D'Souza said last week.
And many other articles have been saying very similar things all along.

Souza’s article was terrific. However, I am wondering whether much difference exists between the anti-colonialist philosophy and Black Liberation Theology. Both see the world as divided into Oppressors and Victims.
The O’s idiotic philosophy could be just as much a function of his years listening to Jeremiah Wright as of the influence of a father he never knew.

Gingrich’s assessment is bang on! Its great to see it on paper!

This is a person who is fundamentally out of touch with how the world works, who happened to have played a wonderful con, as a result of which he is now president, Gingrich tells us. This is the problem with the beltway conservative elite. We all knew this during the primaries, that Obama would govern as extremely as he has. Gingrich, etal, really believed Obama would moderate much as Clinton. Damn fools, every one of them.

To be fair, we all knew that Mr. Obama was grossly unqualified to be President (or Senator ... or Congressman ... or dog catcher) - having spent only 2 months in the Senate (before embarking on his Presidential campaign); a few years as a Illinois State legislature, where he primarily voted 'present' on bills (except for a bill to protect babies that survived a botched abortion. Of course on that bill he actually showed his 'passion' - and successfully bottled it up and prevented it from passing); and 20 years as a member of a racist and blasphemous church...
But, I have to admit that Mr. D'Souza presented an analysis and hypothesis which I had not considered - and which greatly explains Mr. Obama's America hating actions. I previously had just figured him to be a run of the mill marxist (with a bit of a racist bent) - but his America/West hating attitude is well explained by his desire to fulfill his father's (the drunken, bigamist, sot) 'anti-colonial' 'dreams'.

Ping.
What if [Obama] is so outside our comprehension, that only if you understand Kenyan, anti-colonial behavior, can you begin to piece together [his actions]? Gingrich asks.
That is the most accurate, predictive model for his behavior.

What I find stunning is not the information in the article itself, which many of us already know, but rather what Gingrich is now saying publicly.
The water is boiling, folks.

Recently the London Times reported that the Obama Administration supported the conditional release of Abdel Baset al-Megrahi, the Lockerbie bomber convicted in connection with the deaths of 270 people, mostly Americans. This was an eye-opener because when Scotland released Megrahi from prison and sent him home to Libya in August 2009, the Obama Administration publicly and appropriately complained. The Times, however, obtained a letter the Obama Administration sent to Scotland a week before the event in which it said that releasing Megrahi on "compassionate grounds" was acceptable as long as he was kept in Scotland and would be "far preferable" to sending him back to Libya. Scottish officials interpreted this to mean that U.S. objections to Megrahi's release were "half-hearted." They released him to his home country, where he lives today as a free man. I can only hope this is repeated daily until November. Sadly, with so many outrages originating in this White House, I'm afraid it won't stand out the way it should. It's the act of a man who is neither misguided nor naive, but intentionally evil.

Funny how Obama slipped in almost unnoticed, as a Democrat.

It’s funny how Gingrich talks about this to a Conservative Mag. Gingrich had such promise until he became a greeny enviromentalist making that video with Pelosi. And I always remember him kissing the ring of Slick Willy back in the 90’s in front of all those seasoned citizens. Gingrich is compromised.
