Gingrich: Obama’s ‘Kenyan, anti-colonial’ worldview
National Review ^

Posted on 09/11/2010 9:41:54 PM PDT by roses of sharon

Citing a recent Forbes article by Dinesh D’Souza, former House speaker Newt Gingrich tells National Review Online that President Obama may follow a “Kenyan, anti-colonial” worldview.

Gingrich says that D’Souza has made a “stunning insight” into Obama’s behavior — the “most profound insight I have read in the last six years about Barack Obama.”

“What if [Obama] is so outside our comprehension, that only if you understand Kenyan, anti-colonial behavior, can you begin to piece together [his actions]?” Gingrich asks. “That is the most accurate, predictive model for his behavior.”

“This is a person who is fundamentally out of touch with how the world works, who happened to have played a wonderful con, as a result of which he is now president,” Gingrich tells us.

“I think he worked very hard at being a person who is normal, reasonable, moderate, bipartisan, transparent, accommodating — none of which was true,” Gingrich continues. “In the Alinksy tradition, he was being the person he needed to be in order to achieve the position he needed to achieve . . . He was authentically dishonest.”

“[Obama] is in the great tradition of Edison, Ford, the Wright Brothers, Bill Gates — he saw his opportunity and he took it,” Gingrich says. Will Gingrich take it back in 2012? “The American people may take it back, in which case I may or may not be the recipient of that, but I have zero doubt that the American people will take it back. UnlikeFord, the Wright Brothers, et cetera, this guy’s invention did not work.”

“I think Obama gets up every morning with a worldview that is fundamentally wrong about reality,” Gingrich says. “If you look at the continuous denial of reality, there has got to be a point where someone stands up and says that this is just factually insane.”

And does everyone realize that the first guy to file a lawsuit on the birth certificate issue, Philip Berg, is a good Democrat? He was a Hillary supporter and a mainstream Democrat operative. A good Democrat is the one who shifted the birth certificate issue into high gear. Yet all the liberals in the MSM deride “BIRTHERS” as ignorant and Republicans.

Just like Algore was the first one to use Willie Horton against Dukakis during the Democratic Primaries.

What I find stunning is not the information in the article itself, which many of us already know, but rather what Gingrich is now saying publicly.

The water is boiling, folks.

Thank you for the link. Written in 08/19/2008, this was indeed a prophetic look into where we have been heading under this pinhead Zer0.

The American electorate bought a car without looking under the hood. All they looked at was the paint job.

Recently the London Times reported that the Obama Administration supported the conditional release of Abdel Baset al-Megrahi, the Lockerbie bomber convicted in connection with the deaths of 270 people, mostly Americans. This was an eye-opener because when Scotland released Megrahi from prison and sent him home to Libya in August 2009, the Obama Administration publicly and appropriately complained. The Times, however, obtained a letter the Obama Administration sent to Scotland a week before the event in which it said that releasing Megrahi on "compassionate grounds" was acceptable as long as he was kept in Scotland and would be "far preferable" to sending him back to Libya. Scottish officials interpreted this to mean that U.S. objections to Megrahi's release were "half-hearted." They released him to his home country, where he lives today as a free man.

I can only hope this is repeated daily until November. Sadly, with so many outrages originating in this White House, I'm afraid it won't stand out the way it should. It's the act of a man who is neither misguided nor naive, but intentionally evil.

“He is a confidence man, who sole purpose for this job is to raid our treasury, dismantle our military, give State secrets to our enemies, and remove the independent spirit from our citizens.”

So, basically, he will try to bring America down - if he can.

"Why wasn't Obama fully vetted, including his complete birth, education and personal background?"

Because people so wanted to believe.

----------------------------------------

The tragedy within the country is that so many STILL do want to believe.

"The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Saturday shows that 27% of the nation's voters Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president."http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/obama_administration/daily_presidential_tracking_poll (9/11/2010)
(for one example)

More than a quarter of the country "Strongly Approve"...truly amazing.

With all of the "awakining" that's been going on since 1/20/2009...there is still far too many sheeple in the country that haven't a clue, or perhaps do but are still looking for their gas and living expenses to be paid for by Barry.

Bingo!

"They" even played the dreaded "racist" card on Bubba himself during 08.

It’s funny how Gingrich talks about this to a Conservative Mag. Gingrich had such promise until he became a greeny enviromentalist making that video with Pelosi. And I always remember him kissing the ring of Slick Willy back in the 90’s in front of all those seasoned citizens. Gingrich is compromised.

well, Newt Gingrich, is one of the fatcat Republicans which means he hangs out with the elite in Washington DC.

He sure doesn’t hang out on free Republic.

He doesn’t read the conservative blogs, it doesn’t work in the daytime for a living, he doesn’t talk to the average guy who drives a truck.

Just like the others in Washington DC, he’s going out to liquid lunch, spends $100 for lunch, thinks nothing of spending $200 for dinner, orders breakfast from room service for $50 a crack, he is not one of us.

Oh yes, and by the way, he has absolutely no chance of election in the year 2012.

And on a sidenote, I heard them talking about American history — what a hoot. I was amazed that I know more about the American Revolutionary war than he does.

Reminds me of Obama, so-called professor of the American Constitution — what a joke. He forced his way into the job although they didn’t want him, and all he ever says about the American Constitution is that he doesn’t like it, he hates it, he’s waiting for reparations, and he can’t wait to rip up the American Constitution and socialize us like Moscow, with czars, socialized medicine, and central planning.

What’s next on his agenda?
