What reason or business would these new converts have torching their Korans? Who would ask them to do it? Not me, and not you.
No, the people torching the Korans are Americans who seek to be civil, for now, in their protest against arrogant Muslims in America and defense of American freedom in the threat of Islamic invasion.
If events like this -- DEMONSTRATION of a peaceful, symbolic, civil response by burning mere paper in the form of a Koran to protest Islam's goal to murder, burn, and behead real people, doesn't do a pretty good job of supporting theological discussions as to the superiority of the Christian bible ... well, I just don't know what to say to you.

The general needs to go back and read the first sentence of his oath. He swore to defend the constitution not whine about the danger free speech creates for his troops.
