Russia had a power station blown up by terrorists and it happened this week, I believe.

Kyrgyzstan

Religions:
Muslim 75%, Russian Orthodox 20%, other 5%

Tajikistan

The men were all charged with possession of tools during the commission of a crime.

O-kaaaaay- it looks suspicious, but what was the crime?

IMO, just another Georgian propaganda to heaten tensions there.

Just three Russians in a SUV with no weapons or explosives sabotaging a power plant is beyond funny. Going abroad to steal copper is as dumb considering both Russia and Kazakhstan are a big Detroit full of depopulated placed there you may take as much copper from defunct power stations as you want.

If you want to steal copper, a power plant is a gold mine ... er, I mean copper mine, of copper wiring and copper connectors.

Yes, but you cut the wrong copper wire under the wrong conditions, and you could be electrocuted. Even a "ground" wire, when cut and an unbalance is in the system, can carry hundreds of amps.
