The Police are the enforcement arm of an insane legislature.
More and more menacing laws which cause all of us to be an outlaw at some time. Selectively enforced. Rarely enforced among fellow cops (professional courtesy). Police misconduct should be vigorously prosecuted... always. They need to be held to a higher standard.

Police misconduct should be vigorously prosecuted... always. They need to be held to a higher standard. Instead you get stories like this, Two Daytona Beach police officers are on administrative leave, after they broke into a house, tore the place apart, went outside and beat the siding with their nightsticks.
If a non-LEO had done this, the charge list would have reached your elbow... instead they got a "criminal mischief" charge and paid leave... yeah real justice going on there!
