That’s his strategy, to be so long-winded and slow in answering nobody can readily keep track of his often not responding to the actual question asked and to use up all his time without chance of any unexpected or rogue questions being slipped in on him.

When I heard soundbites of Barry’s GMA interview with Stephy , I didn’t recognize that it was Barry at first.
He sounded so low energy and so extremely obtunded ,
that it seemed like he was on drugs or in the throes of a deep depression.
The media looks ridiculous for ignoring his obvious deterioration.
I was listening to Rush this morning and he said he thought Obama must not be using his teleprompter because every word he said had a (period) after it. But then he looked real close and he saw that he was using the teleprompter. He said people must have been feeding him the answers real slow because they had to think how to answer the questions.
I bet he was on something also.
