It would be interesting in knowing if these settlements include the relinquishing of 1st amendment rights?
In some of the other cases, Righthaven wants to take away their domain name. So they are not only looking for $$, they apparently do want to keep people from expressing their views.
By agreeing to a settlement and surrender of website domain it effectively shuts down freedom of speech.
