The inspector general reported that 1,326 single people listed as dead by the Social Security Administration claimed more than $10 million in credits. The IRS threw out 528 of those 1,326 claims, saving $4 million.

So the other 798 dead people got to keep the credits?

What about the other 800 deceased?

Obama is “probably the smartest guy ever to become President.” —Michael Beschloss

I once argued with a liberal who citied such claims for Obambi and then added why we never hear of many people claiming a Repub Prez. is the smartest guy ever...

I responded by saying that only a liberal would be stupid enough to make such a claim in the first place.

That’s a good one.

I’ve yet to meet a liberal who wasn’t severely lacking in some key intellectual area. They can spout quotes and facts and many are even very good thinkers, but when you show them a different way of thinking about, say, Republicans, they can’t even abide the concept of trying to see it another way.

Their stubborn refusal to budge from their assumptions, once revealed to them, makes them very, very cranky. Within a couple of minutes they call you a fascist, and you can walk away grinning.

True story: I was at a friend’s family gathering recently, and my friend later revealed that the whole time his brother-in-law was secretly peeved at me. (I got along with the guy just fine, I thought.) He was ticked off about something I said to him, literally a DECADE ago about his liberalism.

Once you’ve stung a lib, they cling to that wound like it’s a badge of honor—”A conservative was mean to me once!”

Many of us thought the Democrats were timing the stimulus to get past this years election but it looks like their timing was about 6 months off.

Their bad luck on the timing of the the different stimulus $$$$ running out reminds me of Republicans bad luck in 2008 with the financial crash. They are not getting any breaks.
