I say: get a shredder. Then he doesn’t violate any “open fire” laws. Then put the shredded remains in a charcoal grill. I doubt the town has a law against using a grill.

LOL. Thanks. Could move it a bit more quickly than a shredder by using a wood chipper. Mine cuts through 3 inch branches pretty quickly. And it would still fit in the grill.
