The article said that "Christian and Jewish" houses of worship were going to have readings from the Koran during their own worship services to counteract the burning party scheduled for 9/11.

My God, there's a mass hysteria going on that is reminiscent of the mindless anxiety, frenzy and panic engendered by Orson Welles' 1938 "War of the Worlds" radio broadcast.

Educated religious leaders going completely out of their minds over this media hyped-up flap is evidence of the sorry depths some guilt-ridden, naive Americans of the cloth are plummeting to.

No, they were run out of town, and often killed because they were preaching about how this guy that said turn the other cheek.  

I'm not in favor of doing what was done to others simply because others chose to do it. 

I am in favor of doing what He would have done, and He probably wouldn't be burning other people's religious books.
