On the one hand, you should never wrestle with the pig. You both wind up in the mud and the pig enjoys it. (According to this philosophy, one would abstain from the burning simply because its “inflammatory”, no pun intended.)

On the other hand, exercising our rights is something we have to do else we lose them. We “invite” confrontation around the world when, for example, the Navy does freedom of navigation exercises (FONOPS) in places where certain countries have declared international waters to be their own.

I guess, like everything else these days, our govt can exercise rights but the citizens can not. Keep your powder dry, gents.
