That's true.

But Rackspace caused the church to rely on it for ISP service, then abruptly pulled the plug at a critical time. This action is an unfair business practice which has caused substantial damage to the church. Rackspace needs to spend less time leading unsuspecting customers to rely upon them and more time explaining in court why they shouldn't fork over a tidy contribution to the church!
