Wrap a Pork Shoulder with pages torn from the Koran, use the remainder to start the charcoal.
Cook at a low heat, add Misquite or Apple Wood to the charcoal, and cook at 275 for 6 hours. Spice rub the shoulder, and loosely wrap in the Koran - the paper will slowly brown and add a smokey flavor to the meat, which will blend wonderfully with the misquite or Apple wood.
Serve with bread, beer and BBQ sauce of your choice. After you have feasted and drank your 3-6 beers, you may put the rest of the Koran out in the most efficient manner you can think of.
