How Obama Thinks [Obama Exposed!]
Forbes Magazine ^ | 09/09/2010 | Dinesh D'Souza

The President isn't exactly a socialist. So what's driving his hostility to private enterprise? Look to his roots.

Barack Obama is the most antibusiness president in a generation, perhaps in American history. Thanks to him the era of big government is back. Obama runs up taxpayer debt not in the billions but in the trillions. He has expanded the federal government's control over home mortgages, investment banking, health care, autos and energy. The Weekly Standard summarizes Obama's approach as omnipotence at home, impotence abroad.

The President's actions are so bizarre that they mystify his critics and supporters alike.

But instead of readying us for the challenge, our President is trapped in his father's time machine. Incredibly, the U.S. is being ruled according to the dreams of a Luo tribesman of the 1950s. This philandering, inebriated African socialist, who raged against the world for denying him the realization of his anticolonial ambitions, is now setting the nation's agenda through the reincarnation of his dreams in his son. The son makes it happen, but he candidly admits he is only living out his father's dream. The invisible father provides the inspiration, and the son dutifully gets the job done. America today is governed by a ghost.

This is precisely why the founders and framers put the requirement for Natural Born Citizenship for presidents in the US Constitution. Divided loyalties are dangerous to a nation, especially at the presidential level.

This usurper needs to be removed from office.

Nationalization, also spelled nationalisation, is the act of taking an industry or assets into the public ownership of a national government or state.[1] Nationalization usually refers to private assets, but may also mean assets owned by lower levels of government, such as municipalities, being transferred to the public sector to be operated by or owned by the state. The opposite of nationalization is usually privatization or de-nationalisation, but may also be municipalization.

As US Takes Ownership of GM, A Key Question Is: Now What?
President Barack Obama couldn't let General Motors fail, but he won't concede he's taking over the company.

With a 60 percent equity stake in the carmaker and $50 billion in taxpayer money riding on GM’s success, the federal government isn't exactly a hands-off investor.

Right. obama fired the officers of the company and installed his commie buddies to run the company. Not nationalization? OK. I'll let you describe what obama did.

Yes, obama is not a socialist. He is a “right wing NAZI”.

Have it your way.

Communism is his gut religion. He probably can't conceive of doing anything else.

This certainly is in keeping with his penchant for lying as a mean to an end. Got to the presidency with it and has not abandoned it as his foremost strategy as president.

Zero has some serious daddy issues

You've got that right. He is one disturbed little man. Of course, some of us have known that. This article goes a long way in explaining why he is so messed up.

“Communism is his gut religion. He probably can't conceive of doing anything else.”

Yes, but he has a bigger chip on his shoulder than just Marxist ideology. To him communism/socialism is just a tool. If he could reverse the wealth in this country, leaving intact economic disparity but taking from those who now have it and giving it to those who now don't, I believe he would. It's not about equality. It's about payback, and this article and the hypothesis upon which it is based goes a long way in explaining why Obama is so consumed with ‘payback’.

IDK, it seems to me like Obama is using the Gov’t and the Federal Reserve to help the special interests which gave him money, and continue to finance him.

He was wall streets biggest donor, and he gave them trillions.

Health Care industries biggest donor... and now in the long run, they are getting billions, and the insurance companies got a nice piece of the pie, too.

I remember reading about how Soros was involved in investing in a S.A. petrochemical firm, it might be the one the article is talking about in Brazil. Soros got the progressive, and youth vote out for Obama thru all those little groups he funds.

Alot of people don’t understand how BIG business is against free market capitalism, they assume that Big Companies will run rampant over them without the govt to reign them in, or if they are right winger types, they will think the Big Corps are mainly victims of an out of control gov’t.

But my working theory is that big business hates free markets, and would rather compete at the political level, where they stand an almost 100% chance of winning the little regulations and subsidies that drive the smaller companies out of business.

And I think Obama has taken this to a whole new level. Small medium business has been hammered and hammered and hammered by all these laws, and the big companies get bigger, and bigger...

And this theory explains why Obama helped out GM, to save the Unions, which were big supporters of him, and helped out with HCR, too.

Altho, I bet you Bush would have done the same thing effectively, but in a different way, more palatable to his core constituency. We will never know, tho.

I suppose the article is buried somewhere in the Forbes web site.

Is there a direct link to the article?

Interesting read. It explains why the black community overwhelmingly support Obama. Many of them feel that they are a subjugated nation within a nation. They expect that Obama will bring down rich whitey and equalize things.
Of course this is a Marxist idea and a World Government plan.

yep, he is a foreigner in charge of America and he must go!

I completely agree. That's why Crony Capitalism has nothing to do with real Capitalism. John Stossel just ran an article about this strategy. This crap started with good old Progressive FDR.

I believe that you are also correct that a lot of rightys have the wrong idea when it comes to these mega corps. These guys are always using lawfare against their smaller competitors while simultaneously crying poor mouth about Fed Gov.

Read the whole article if you haven’t. It’s spot on . . . and there is nothing to stop anti-colonialists from being socialist . . . they usually go hand in hand. This is very much worth reading.

Yes, and it all fits with the “hate America” black liberation theology of the church he attended for 20 years.

I am not so sure it is the Kenyan’s dream. Ayers wrote the book and his own views seem to be pretty consistent with those he ascribed to Soetoro.
