Muslims, in their twisted logic, believe that the USA tolerates islam because we know, deep down, that it’s true. (Otherwise, we’d ban it, like they ban anything but islam.)
Yeah, I know that’s silly logic, but so is accepting islam.
This shows we do reject it, and, perhaps, chips at their certainty.
