Adams makes an excellent point.

Homosexuality, is, obviously a mental disorder.

Can you imagine if we as a society decided to treat depression by trying to make the disorder normal and acceptable rather than try to cure it?

Yet another of the abominations liberalism has inflicted on us.

So, he 'convicted' himself of hate speech? Sorry, but that headline's just a little too cute for me.

Strange how the same liberals who want to tell everyone not to smoke, or consume trans-fats, suddenly fall silent when the health risks of the homosexual lifestyle come up.

>> The average number of lifetime sex partners is four for a heterosexual, fifty for a homosexual. Monogamy is the norm (82%) among heterosexuals, and an aberration (2%) among homosexuals. This promiscuity is routed in the pairing of similar traits, which is an inevitable result in homosexual relationships.

Are these numbers accurate? Holy moly.

Truth is not hate speech. Statistics don’t lie. They are gross — but they don’t lie. He may convict himself of “hate speech,” but he helps NO ONE in using that phrase — and only hurts others who tell the truth...

The stats tell the story. Not well known, but actuarial tables compiled in the 1950s for men put the average life expectancy of a heterosexual at 72 while a homosexual life expectancy was less than 50. Twenty plus years difference in life expectancy is a clue. BTW the difference for smokers and non-smokers was 3 years. Guess which pathology the left hates? Insanity preached by the psuedo believers in rationality. PS - these tables were compiled in the 1950s and did not account for unknown deseases like AIDs. I have no idea what todays numbers look like.

...This would have been a pretty decent article if he had just dropped out the first paragraph:
"Over the summer, I was convicted of anti-gay hate speech. The most incredible thing about it was that I never set foot in Canada. The conviction happened while I was in Colorado. But the offense took place almost 15 years ago".

I spent several minutes trying figure out what was his conviction, and where he was convicted... I think he's speaking on a metaphysical level, as 'having his conscience convicted' (or, 'convicted in the heart'). If that was the case - he could have made the point more clear - because his play on words distracted from the good points in his article...
If he really was convicted of some crime (somewhere) - I gave up trying to find out where it was.

” makes sense only after one becomes educated about that lifestyle

Adams is way too obsessed about gays and gay lifestyle.
Me thinks he may be a littler light in the loafers..

I’m no proponent of homosexuality, but this article describes dangers of unprotected, polygamous, irresponsible sex, not of homosexuality per se. One might infer the author would be okay with strictly monogamous, protected homosexual relations.

Clean or dirty, safe or unsafe, homosexuality is sexual disorientation. It’s not normal, and it’s philosophically problematic to support behavior that reinforces an abnormal condition. I don’t care if someone chooses to behave abnormally in private, but it would be dishonest of me to applaud and encourage it.

A lot of you are clearly missing the humorous points being made by Adams, whose writing is always a bit “tongue in cheek”. His reference to being convicted while not even being in Canada is a play on words using two meanings of the word “conviction”: conviction as with one’s conscience and conviction as in breaking the law. The reference to Canada is an aside remark since one can be convicted of hate speech in Canada for simply stating opposition to homosexuality.

Excellent article. What a coincidence that I ran across an article by Frank Turek just yesterday entitled “Legislating Morality: Why Everyone is Doing it.”
Well worth the read.

Interesting article by Mike Adams on homosexuality that includes some statistics and fundamental points on the homosexual lifestyle. This information needs to be out there to counteract the push that has been going on since Prop 8 was beaten to death with a judges purse is on hold.

One study of white male homosexuals, published in the 1970s, showed that 43% of white males had sex with over 500 partners. Over one-quarter (28%) had sex with over 1000 partners.

I wonder what the stats are for lesbians? I don't think that they are as bad, but beyond that I have no idea.
