The Washington Times lead editorial today is about the Justice Department enabling voter fraud just in time for the November elections. This is due to the Departments refusal to enforce the part of Section 8 of the National Voter Registration Act that requires states to remove ineligible voters from their registration rolls people who have died or moved away, and felons who have not yet had their voting rights restored. The longer such names remain on a registration list, the greater the chances that a fraudulent vote will be cast in their names.
I reported in 2009 that the Obama administration had dismissed without explanation a lawsuit filed against Missouri Democratic secretary of state Robin Carnahan during the Bush administration over her failure to comply with this provision of the NVRA. This happened only a month after Carnahan announced she was running for the Senate. Besides the obvious political motivations, I know from sources inside the Civil Rights Division that the Obama political appointees have no intention of enforcing this provision. Former Voting Section lawyer Christian Adams confirmed this when he testified this summer before the U.S. Civil Rights Commission that Deputy Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights Julie Fernandes told Voting Section staffers that the administration had no interest in enforcing this provision of the law.

Another day, another outrage at the Eric Holder Justice Department.
The Justice department has been a tool of whatever administration is in power at the time. They long ago ceased to be anything but a partisan enforcer of whatever particular interest the administration was pursuing. This Justice Dept is the most corrupt in our history.

Time to make a HUGE stink about this, FReepers.

We have a corrupt anti American government..
Criminal enterprises love to be the cops. It’s one thing that has sent Mexico down its long, bloody road. If there is a single issue that is Chicago city politics brought to a national level, it is the deliberate subversion of justice to the benefit of party. On a national level, it’s playing with fire, and if Holder and his cozy crew don’t want to start chasing vigilantes they’d better knock this crap off.
Chris Adams deserves much credit for speaking out against the Holder Justice Dept and von Spakovsky also for backing up Adams.
The Obama/Holder DOJ is basically a criminal enterprise.
BTTT for an important article and comments.
At this point, to win means a having to have huge landslides to make up for the criminal voter fraud - done by our own government against us.
Eric Holder took an oath, promising, as the nation’s top cop, to enforce the existing laws. And yet, he:
- won’t prosecute illegal aliens,
- won’t prosecute the Black Panthers for the Phila. voter-intimidation,
- won’t prosecute the Cole Bomber,
- WILL prosecute any state that tries to enforce the existing laws that the Justice Dept. won’t.
Holder is a freaking public menace. Congress must prosecute and remove this idiot ASAP.
Sure stinks, doesn’t it?

Nothing this Administration does surprises me anymore. The left-wing Corruptocrats are hard at work there.
Holder's DOJ is not "interested in" doing its job, but it it is extremely zealous about suing Arizona. Julie Fernandes should be fired, but she is doing exactly what her bosses want. We need to fire them.
Maybe it is more important to sue states trying to defend themselves against foreign invasion than it is to enforce voter fraud laws. For one thing, we are not as smart as Obama and just dont understand that he is trying to get the car out of the ditch :)
To high heaven.
Thanks for the ping; post; comments. BTTT!
