Drugs to finish off the weaker segment of American society plus the added bonus of islamic terrorists are their fellow travelers.
It amazes me that we have left such a vital border virtually unprotected, especially since the events of 9/11.
I guess political correctness trumps national security.

One things for sure. The manufactured crisis has not lost any power when it comes to stirring up the masses into allowing anything goes from their keepers in Washington, Dee Cee.
As I’ve said before, turn borde security over to the rednecks, let ‘em play cowboys & mexicans for a few weeks, & the border would be secure. Zero outlay of cash as opposed to a military response. They’d be happy to pay their own travel expenses AND supply their own ammo.
At this point, the only way to handle the border is to consider working with the Mexican government, which they probably wouldn’t do, and use our military to totally sterilize the Mexican towns along our border. The Mexican military is fast becoming useless and the United States will, most likely, have to step in. The problem with this is that it may play into the hands of those supporting the NAU (North American Union).
We need another Blackjack Pershing and an administration that will let him clean house down there.

It's not "political correctness", it's political opportunism. The Democrats care more about staying in power than they do about national security, and they'll let every scum bag gangbanger and Al Qaida operative in Mexico come across the border if they think they might get enough votes out of the deal to hang on their majority in Congress.
Our D.C. politicians ain’t got the guts. It will be left to the affected states to do the job, otherwise Mexico will own our southwest.
