In 9 days we have the chance to elect a Conservative Republican to the U.S. Senate seat held by Joe Biden.
On September 14th there is a Special Election for the U.S. Senate in Delaware. There are two Republican candidates: Liberal RINO Mike Castle (who voted for Barack Obama's agenda in Congress 60% of the time) versus Conservative Republican tea party favorite, Christine O'Donnell.
We here at the Tea Party Express have gone "all in" for Christine O'Donnell. A July 12-14 Rasmussen Reports poll had O'Donnell beating the Democratic candidate Chris Coons 41%-39% -- so we can win this race, and elect a true conservative.
The problem is that the GOP establishment is pushing for the Liberal Mike Castle. They are so shamelessly pushing for the RINO Castle that they are actively working to smear and defeat the conservative candidate, Christine O'Donnell.
Friends, we can make history by taking the seat held by Joe Biden and electing a true conservative, Christine O'Donnell. But to be successful we need your help. Castle has over $2 million cash on hand. We here at the Tea Party Express are in the middle of a $200,000 "MoneyBomb" for Christine O'Donnell to help level the playing field.

BIDENGATE!
MIKE CASTLE TEAM PROMOTES JOE BIDEN'S SON
AS DELAWARE GOP REFUSES TO RUN CANDIDATE
AGAINST DEMOCRAT ATTORNEY GENERAL
(WILMINGTON) -- The shameful insider political games continue for Liberal RINO Mike Castle and his political team in Delaware.
The Chairman of the Delaware Republican Party, who has become one of the principal spokespersons for Mike Castle's campaign for U.S. Senate, has decided to run cover for Vice President Joe Biden's son, Beau Biden.
Astonishingly, Ross and the Delaware Republican Party have decided to not even field a candidate to challenge Democrat Beau Biden as he runs for re-election as Attorney General for the state of Delaware.
Delaware Republicans are outraged that Ross and the Castle team have orchestrated one sellout to Democrats after another. Here's just one of the latest outcries of frustration by the state's rank-and-file GOP voter: http://www.delawareonline.com/article/20100905/OPINION10/100903054/1004/OPINIO
This acquiescence to the Democrats has emerged as the greatest liability for Mike Castle and his campaign. During his time in Congress, Castle voted for Barack Obama's agenda (on issues where Obama took a position) nearly 60% of the time.
To understand how significant it is that the Castle political network has once again protected the Democrat Party's agenda, consider what Tom Ross (again, Castle's biggest advocate in the state, a spokesperson for the campaign and the state's GOP Chairman) has had to say about Conservative Republican, Christine O'Donnell. It is astounding, shameful, and wholly unacceptable to see a state GOP Chair rip a stalwart conservative of his own party, while repeatedly engaged in running cover for the Democrats:
"She's not a viable candidate for any office in the state of Delaware," state party chairman Tom Ross, who is backing Castle, said in a telephone interview. "She could not be elected dog catcher."
-Tom Ross quoted at Slate.com (via Associated Press) on 9/2/2010
While Ross and the Delaware GOP refused to run a candidate to challenge the Democrat Attorney General, they have actually launched a hit website to smear their own U.S. Senate candidate, Conservative Republican Christine O'Donnell.
Tom Ross, state committee chairman of the Delaware Republican Party, defended the negative nature of the site. "The stories might not be flattering, but they are factual. ...Sometimes it is necessary to make sure that the facts get out there," Ross said.
-Tom Ross quoted at CNN Political Ticker on 9/4/2010
"Is Christine O'Donnell actually this unhinged from reality? Or is she simply a liar, whose total lack of respect for Delaware voters leads her to deliberately and repeatedly deny the clear facts surrounding her many personal and professional failures?"
-Tom Ross quoted at FoxNews.com on 9/03/2010

If she wins the primary, she deserves support.
More RINO shenanigans.
They are doing a money bomb for her
Please support this MoneyBomb by making a contribution - HERE.
Please - forward this to all your conservative friends. Ask everyone you know to match your contribution. We are up against the entire political establishment, who want to see us lose this race. But we CAN win - if we all stand united on the principles of constitutional conservatism.
Make a donation. And tell a friend to help too. Heck, please tell 10 or more friends to pitch in and help too. We've got a lot of work to do - and the Election is just 9 days away!
We're going to need the support of those of you who can afford a more generous contribution of $250, $500, $1,000 - up to the maximum of $5,000.
Solution:
What I don’t understand is journalist/bloggers like Eric Erickson putting out notes against O’Connell and seeming to buy into all this against her and covering for Castle.
Pardon my ignorance, maybe someone can enligthen me.

Thanks, an excellent article that should be read in its entirety.
Mike Castle is a really, really lousy Leftist candidate. And the Republican establishment in Delaware is just as lousy, which is why they are supporting him. They have basically made a deal with the Democrats to work with them in return for a small share of the pork—for themselves.
These people need to be shoveled out, like manure from the floor of the Augean Stable.
Makes me sick!
It is simple. Erickson thinks the lady is 'too conservative'. This has been much played out in the political theatre, especially since Goldwater, and later, Reagan, appeared on the stage.

Governor Christie Endorses RINO Mike Castle

We drove the length of Delaware on the to OC Maryland and there are many more O’Donnell signs than Castle.
Replace VP Bite Me with a road apple and we’d be ahead.
A well stated message.
The Dems are way down this year and we don’t have to support RINO’s this year because they are “electable.”
The economy and Obamacare are a double whammy threatening to make 2010 worse for Dems than 1994, when many outsider conservative candidates were successful in congressional races.
O’Donnell can win in Delaware on November 2nd and I hope she beats Castle next week.
Donating. Let’s get her in there!
Nevada daily shows something about being a tea party supported candidate without an additional basis of credibility. It’s a shaky basis to beat even one of the most unpopular democrat senators in the nation. And Nevada leans much more conservative then does Delaware.
As best as I can tell about Delaware from a distance, it’s not a place that would elect a hard conservative. Pyrrhic victories are pretty dumb when you think about it.
