The month of September 2005 was a very busy month for President Bush after Katrina came on land at the Gulf coast and damaged the area. We see President Bush and First Lady Laura visiting New Orleans and other affected areas in Louisiana and Mississippi to comfort the victims of the hurricane and bring aid
The country lost Chief Justice William Renquist who passed away on September 3, 2005
President Bush nominated Judge Roberts to become the next Chief Supreme Court Justice. On September 29th Justice Roberts was sworn in as the 20th? Supreme Court Chief Justice.
President Bush remembered 9/11 heroes at a Medal of Valor ceremony. He also met with several foreign leaders and addressed the Useless Nations
For the quote of the month I have chosen President Bushs Remarks which he gave at the National Day of Prayer and Remembrance Service on September 16, 2005
What a JOY to see!!! Also...how in the world does Nancy look soooooo good all the time??? You Go Girl!!!
If every there was a human being whose face so unequivocally showcased a beautiful soul, that human being is George W Bush.
They are a joy, aren’t they? Mrs. Reagan does look great.
You have such a way with words, DrDeb. Your words are so very true.
Thank you, patty! Love that agent watching very carefully in the first pic! :)
Even those who don’t know that we need another W need one! (Of course there isn’t another, but we need someone like him for sure!!)
Our man of a thousand faces...and we love ‘em all! :)
He’s certainly not a man who is bored by his fans, if this
is any indication!
President Bush was busy with his book tour again today:

HEADS UP . . .
Tomorrow night (11/24/10) Hannity will broadcast a special hour long interview with President Bush, Tony Blair and key people from their respective administrations . . . This sounds like a MUST RECORD event.
Thanks for posting the photo from KC and remember, President Bush and Tony Blair will be feature on Hannity tonight!
Should be very interesting!!
Here’s a really great interview President Bush did with a local TV station in Waco yesterday after he did his book signing there. I like the fact that he gets to be a lot more personal about his beloved ranch and his family than most of the national interviews he’s done. This is only part 1 of the interview, the TV station is going to air part 2 this evening and it’ll be available on their site tomorrow. Enjoy and Happy Thanksgiving you guys!

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you and your families! I am thankful that our paths have crossed via this terrific forum, FR.
Today, stopped at a light on the way to a store, the car in front of ours had a window sticker “Save our Free Repuplic.com”. The car was from Ohio. My first thought was...is that OhioWfan?!! I almost got out of the car to ask....but the light changed. Ohio are you in Fla?? LOL!
Hope to see that care again....I love to meet other Freepers.
oops....hope to see that car again.
My family and I will be leaving shortly for our Thanksgiving travels . . . Before we leave, I want to take this moment to wish all of you a very happy Thanksgiving! May God continue to bless you and our great country (and President Bush and his great family)!
Thank you for the awesome link — it was a wonderful way to begin my day!
