The month of September 2005 was a very busy month for President Bush after Katrina came on land at the Gulf coast and damaged the area. We see President Bush and First Lady Laura visiting New Orleans and other affected areas in Louisiana and Mississippi to comfort the victims of the hurricane and bring aid
The country lost Chief Justice William Renquist who passed away on September 3, 2005
President Bush nominated Judge Roberts to become the next Chief Supreme Court Justice. On September 29th Justice Roberts was sworn in as the 20th? Supreme Court Chief Justice.
President Bush remembered 9/11 heroes at a Medal of Valor ceremony. He also met with several foreign leaders and addressed the Useless Nations
For the quote of the month I have chosen President Bushs Remarks which he gave at the National Day of Prayer and Remembrance Service on September 16, 2005
With Niner representatives Brian Witkofsky, Chris Sugai and Donna Mae
Awesome new pictures! Thanks for your dedication and hard
work in sharing them with us! :)
OUR president just keeps looking better all the time. I think
retirement suits him well! :)
That will be a powerful, moving and teary day, without doubt.
Thanks for all the great pics, patty! God bless and protect that incredible man who’ll always be OUR PRESIDENT, George W. Bush.

SNEAK PEEK: Dick Cheney Revealed
God bless him. I’m concerned about his health now with this, as I’ve not heard any medical updates. Lord, keep him in the palm of Your hand. What a heroic warrior for America, and where would we have been without him loyally at Prss. Bush’s side in our darkest days back then.
BTW Bret Baier will have a Special this evening at 10:00PM Eastern an former Vice President Dick Cheney
Thanks for the wonderful photos...
Thanks very much for the ping. How sad that our country has gone from Pres. Bush to this lowlife. I truly feel bad about it.
THANKS SO MUCH for continuing to post so many awesome photos and articles about OUR PRESIDENT!!
I’ve circled the 25th on my calendar so that I don’t forget to DVR our President’s 911 special (National Geographic) . . . The event(s) scheduled for 9/11/11 should be particularly poignant — too bad the current resident at 1600 PA Avenue has to be there!!
Hope everyone is enjoying a wonderful summer — mine’s been beyond insane (I hoping things calm down by October)!
My pleasure. Always glad to bring joy and happiness on this thread. BTW, I did watch the Dick Cheney special on Fox News and it was terrific. Makes me wish we had people like that back in the White House who knew how to run the country and always had the best interest in the American people.
Deb, good to hear from you again! Hope you’ll get back in here more often soon!
Darn! I’m sorry I missed that special! Wonder if they’ll replay it.....
Yikes! I forgot to record it!
Thanks for the pings. Great pictures again, patty.
Starwise,I DVR’d the show on VP Cheney, but haven’t watched it yet. Thanks for the link.
How very deeply I agree.
Keep praying .. He is and
has the answers and relief.
Thank you! :) I wondered....
OMG .. tears are flowing.
That is stunningly humble, compassionate
and so loving. And he is.
Apparently it wasn’t that day. He
and Laura went the next day, and God
bless them.

I thought it was a lovely story, but it turned out to be factually incorrect, so I had it removed. I am proud that
he did go to Ft. Hood without making it a photo op like the
fake president did!
I see that .. guess it got altered as it was passed on.
I always check, if it isn’t someone I know.
But, the fact remains .. he went the very next day,
quietly, to render compassion, love and support to
one of the dear troops whom he loves and honors so
much .. no fanfare requested or needed.
Well, it was from my brother, but I didn’t double check. It
is something that he WOULD do, however! :)
