Does anybody remember ever hearing of an Iftar dinner before this administration?? Unfortunately, George W. Bush hosted the first one less than two months after the World Trade Center was destroyed.

Dubya felt that it was possible to divide the Islamic world into radicals and moderates, and that it was possible to woo the latter to seize power from the former. Dubya wasn’t aware that in just about every Islamic moderate there is a radical waiting to spring forth under the right conditions.
