If parents are spending money on tattoo's and teeth whitening, there clearly is not a recession. I know there is but there is a ton of discretionary money out there being spent. Where are these folks getting the money? Supposedly their credit cards are maxed, their homes are foreclosed, they have no jobs. This is what everyone is saying and yet people are paying for tattoo's for their children????? Something does not compute.
