I posted the article, the Americann Thinker has an index shifting phenomenon which faults the links whenever there is traffic. Sorry about that. I can’t fix it, so I posted the article at #63. And yes Kyle Anne Shiver, the author, does answer her e-mails. She is a great historian, one of the best.
