Well, he's doing the first part next week, according to Shep Smith a few minutes ago. A "news conference" is scheduled for next week on the efforts (snort) the administration has been taking to aid the economy. I expect there will be some sort of announcement about the items in this article.
It reminds me of my stupid youth when I would goof off during the semester and then become studious at the eleventh hour in order to pass the class. Barry, after vacationing all summer, is going to show that he's been paying attention and learned a lot. Too late, Barry...FAIL.

At this point, it’s the only way to save his skin from impeachement. Then the Congress can have Biden who will sit pretty and do as he’s told, with the threat of Hillary if he doesn’t do what he’s told to somehow work to salvage the economy.

Something like that is happening today. The market is up. The news of the morning was an increase in the unemployment rate to 9.6%
That should be bad news but it can be argued that an increase in unemployment is good news.
Taken with the Sabato revelation about strong or very strong Republican gains, a rise in unemployment is seen as strengthening the Republican chances. What was reported as bad by the markets a few weeks ago is now perceived as good.
