If a state can arbitrarily suspend the 2nd Ammendment, then I propose that my state suspend the 16th Ammendment so I don’t have to pay those pesky taxes anymore.

We either have a Constitution, and we are all protected by this document; or we do not. If the State Gov’t THINKS they can bypass my Constitutional rights in this manner; then by the same authority I demand that I no longer pay Income Tax.

It makes one realize how darned close we are to "civil disobedience" ... I'm thinking (what would I do here) ... i think I know fairly clearly.
