I had my suspicions at the first explosion, which has never been determined, and now we have another? Not one in 66 years, and now two within 6 months?!

Never been determined?!?!? The blowout of natural gas ignited when it was sucked into the generator engines, among the dozens of other ignition sources that huge gas cloud consumed. It would have only been a mystery if it had not exploded after that blowout.
