The time has come to question if Islam is protected under our First Amendment rights to freedom of religion. Yes, everyone in America has the right to freedom of religion, but Islam is not a religion. Religious faith is only a part of Islam. The rest is a socially engineered society with its own laws and customs that seriously conflict with American law.

Is Great Britain a religion because they have the Church of England? Of course not. Britain has an established charter, civil and criminal laws, and a society that respects those laws. Islam has the Qur'an that provides the governing charter, complete with laws, punishment, and social behavior for its people in addition to its religious teachings. If Islam is a religion, then Britain is also.

The rest of this charter advances ideas, social behavior, and laws that are in direct conflict with American and western laws and values. Teddy Roosevelt once said that to live in America, immigrants must have undivided loyalty to America and to no one else. How is that possible for Muslims who swear loyalty to Islam where their governing laws are found in the Qur'an?

Many articles have been linked to or posted here explaining that Islam isn't a religion but rather a complete social and legal system. I like the way this article highlights that the First Amendment protections Islam and fascist defenders of Islam wrap their assertions in do not apply when a so called religion actually claims that their god demands that their beliefs supersede the Constitution they rely on for their protection here. It's about time people face the facts about Islam and return to their nation of origin any Muslims in this country that will not forswear the social and leagal aspects of Islam as well as the violent spreading of their faith.

Most people do not recognize that what happens in a mosque is sedition. Pure and simple. Islam is not just a “religion”, it is a cult. Larger than that though, it is a political system, it is it’s own government, a economic system (which includes funding new mosque construction), its judicial...all wrapped up in the word sharia. This is inclusive of its military (jihadis) all rolled into one with one intent ...and that is to rule wherever they take root. It is a invasive, systemic infection looking to take over the host once it has quantum.

This is not just a “religion”, but something that cloaks itself in those terms so it should not be given the same treatment contemplated under the first amendment. The Korans Sharia rules are to consume whatever government there is wherever it goes.
Islam is political, and it’s goal is to supplant and replace. Globally.

Obama? Obama and Company? Should be tried for treason in this issue for promoting the establishment of a foreign government on our soils. He is doing nothing to protect America as per his oath. Also, as a Muslim, he knows this, he know far better, he knows sharia, but is looking to deceive America.

Besides the obvious barbarism, I don’t understand this:

After 1000 years of Islam there are no countries under Sharia rule that are not crap..yet the followers say they want it, any countries which enjoy a good life for their citizens is because oil has made that possible, take that away and all things are bad.

So the west has learned Islam does not assimilate, but we are kind people, but why should we submit to that which we know is fake, perverse and barbaric in the name of religious freedom? I say tell all muslims to move to a muslim country, let them sell their assets and leave with grace. They won’t like it mainly because they have it good here, better than Sharia law provides for.

Just grow the pair we should and do it, just say no to Islam, if they like it so much, they can have it, if they don’t attack us trying to force there crap on us we will leave them alone to rot in the hell holes they have prepared for themselves, but what they shopuld not be able to do is act like they are a peaceful religion that would not live in the countries they rule and still object when we will not let them destroy us..If Sharia is the problem then admit Islam is BS, God does not oppress mankind and if Sharia is Islamic and oppresses then there is the answer.
So If you as a muslim are not willing to live under that which you say is your religion, we certainly are not willing to have you live here and bring us down..

Hamas, which is the Palestinian branch of the Muslim Brotherhood has been formally designated a terrorist organization under our law for many years. According to its charter, Hamas's purpose is to create an Islamic Palestinian state by eliminating Israel through violent jihad.

I've been posting that islam is not a religion here for years. islam is a socio-political construct which at its bedrock demands that all other socio-political entities such as our Republic be gone. islam is not a religion. It uses "religion" as a beard. People born in to islam are born in to slavery. People that decide to follow islam agree to be slaves. islam deserves no Constitutional protections.

I wouldn’t go there. It’s a slippery slope - there are folks on this site that would argue Christianity is a social and legal system that supercedes U.S. law. The wingnut Scientologists should have their tax-exempt status revoked long before anyone takes up the claim that Islam is not a religion.
