OBAMA IS NOT A MUSLIM
September 1, 2010
The nonsense about President Obama being a Muslim has got to stop. I rise to defend him from this absurd accusation by pointing out that he is obviously an atheist.
Leave aside Obama's fanatical opposition to allowing Illinois hospitals to save the lives of babies with God-given souls inadvertently born alive during abortions. Also leave aside the fact that neither of his parents were Christians. And leave aside his current crop of "spiritual advisers," which is a collection of Mother Earth worshippers, polytheists and other nonbelievers.
Now rest from all that "leaving aside."
The only evidence for Obama's Christianity is that he faithfully attended the Rev. Jeremiah Wright's Trinity United Church of Christ for 20 years.
Yes, the guy bellowing "God damn America!" is the one vouching for Obama's Christianity. That's like saying you got sober with the help of your A.A. sponsor Lindsay Lohan.
It is a fact that any non-retarded person (thank you, Rahm Emanuel!) sitting in the Rev. Wright's church for 20 minutes, much less 20 years, does not believe in God. Even stepping inside Wright's church for a moment to get out of the rain is borderline racist.
Going to Trinity United Church of Christ is even stronger evidence of nonbelief than Bill Clinton returning from Sunday services to receive oral sex from Monica Lewinsky. This isn't mere sin -- everybody sins (though some with more frequency and less remorse than others).
Attending Wright's church is the conscious, calculated decision to immerse yourself in hate-filled demagoguery and call it "Christianity."
But according to North Korean TV's Chris Matthews, it is a provable, scientific fact that Obama is a Christian because he says so. "Everybody watching right now," Matthews said to his several viewers last week, "gets credit for being of the religion you say you are. ... We accept that in America. It's called freedom of religion and respect for religion."
That would make professions of religious belief, unlike all other self-professions, unchallengeable. Liberals say conservatives don't believe in civil rights. I say liberals are godless traitors. Why is one statement debatable and the other not?
Doesn't anyone question the Christianity of Jim and Tammy Faye Bakker? How about the Satanists claiming to be Christians who stand outside soldiers' funerals with signs that say "God Hates Fags"?
And, for the record, the allegedly inviolate assertion of one's own religious belief wasn't so inviolate when it came to Ronald Reagan.
Tip O'Neill used to question President Reagan's Christianity all the time, taunting the president for not attending church regularly. Matthews might remember that: He was working for O'Neill at the time.
In fact, parading to church in front of the TV cameras carrying a 10-pound Bible -- like a certain serial adulterer, impeached president I could name -- is strongly discouraged by the creator of the universe. ("Beware of practicing your righteousness before men to be noticed by them; otherwise you have no reward with your Father who is in heaven." Matthew 6.1)

“...Im starting to doubt some the so called Conservatives who are posting on this thread.”
Ho hum. Another paridigm of conservative values, here to teach the rest of us how to think. Pi** off. If you’re againts Ann Coulter, you’re against conservatism. Period.
That's more in line with Obama's un-faith. If he were a devout Muslim his wife would not be walking around half naked showing the world her underwear and various body parts through tight fitting clothing. And the daughters would be veiled and wearing burkas. A strict Muslim would be strongly reprimanded for allowing his wife to behave as Michelle does.
If he were a true Christian, there would be no issue about him having a Muslim faith. His Christianity would be apparent, and it is not.
Obama is no religion. I don't think he really believes in a higher power than himself. He might lean toward a strong acceptance of Muslims because he lived among them and became familiar with the Islamic way of life and that holds memories and comforting feelings for him. And he might profess to be a Christian because it became politically expedient for him to join Wright's church and cloak himself in what was an "acceptable" religious position. But I don't think he believes that higher power is who Christians call God or Islamists call Allah. Nor do I think he believes either plays a role in his life. He seems to be a man without a soul and with a heart blackened with hate, fear, jealousy and vindictiveness.
If he were practicing any religion faithfully, wouldn't those daughters be being given some religious training and exposure to some religious faith?
But, you gotta love Michele M. She gets to the gritty of the issue real quickly.
This is deflection.
Any intelligence analyst, if they had to make a call, would come down on Obama being a Muslim. There’s a ton of indicators and evidence.
Not sure why Ann is covering for him, other than maybe she things Muslims are getting a bad rap.
Today (Sept 1, 2010) editorial page of the WSJ is more worthwhile reading on this matter than Ann’s piece.
I like the piece she wrote, though I don’t necessarily agree with all of it.
They seem to believe that that great document only says MAKE SURE THE PRESIDENT IS A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN, nothing more at all.
To them that seems to be supporting the WHOLE Constitution.
I ran into this hot blonde last weekend!
I think that is a Mayan colander around her neck.
Ann is not covering for him, she's saying something even "worse" to the ordinary American: he's a commie (socialist) and that explains a lot to a lot of people.
Plus she's being funny. GO ANN!
Well, one way you could look at it is that he’s an insurgent. All liberals are socialists. The idiot Sanders from Vermont is a Communist.
Obama’s mission is a post-US world. Thank God he’s Sunni, and not Shiite. The Saudis are at pucker factor 8 on Iran right now. If Obama jumps ugly on Iran, it’ll be because the Saudis are for it (and Egyptians, UAE, Jordan). Defending Israel will likely not enter into the calculus, except for in providing the means and possibly part of the battlefield.
She sure comes up with some doozies!
Q: Which hand did he carry the bible in?
A: The hand nearest the camera.
That's a good word. I like it.
I saw Ann on tv join the jackals in attacking those people who want to see the birth certificate. Along with that company is you yourself as you call people such as me birthers. The birther crack is to relate us to those nutty truthers who think George W. Bush attacked the twin towers.
Just because some person in tv of whatever political persuasion says my position is stupid, that doesn't mean I'll be intimidated to drop my position just because of those insults. Ad hominem and appeal to authority arguments are logical fallacies and should not be heeded.
NEWSFLASH! YOU DON”T CONTROL MY POSTS.
Got it, tinjim?
That's not what Barack says.
It doersn't matter ... Ann is the best ... this one just didn't 'have' me like every other article.
But because of the “jackal” comment I decided to go with a different response.
The birther crack is to relate us to those nutty truthers who think George W. Bush attacked the twin towers.
Not when I use it. I haven't heard that connection before. Truthers are not birthers AFAIK.
I've been called a Tea Party-er, I just brush it off but usually it is meant in a positive way.
Did you see my all CAPS sentence in my post to you? I actually believe that.
Yes, I have seen the video and heard your story before, congrats on getting the public kudos from Ann on the radio.
Unlike you, I have supported Ann Coulter at even possible risk of injury too
I guess you have no idea of my history with Coulter. No biggie.
FReepers knew that but even people who have been told over and over (like some in my own family) are just now realizing that maybe it's actually true. We need LOTS more people to come to that realization and VOTE in November 2010 and 2012. Ann is keeping the message alive. It is crucial to do so.
common knowledge smart-alek.
Oh, and let me guess... I’m also not the boss of you? It is glaringly clear that I don’t control your posts. Otherwise, there would be a thread of common sense in them. Alas.
