If the Constitution is important to a voter, then they will condemn without reservation Birther's attempts, via LTC Lakin, to place the United States Army in charge of determining just who is, and who is not, the duly elected President of the United States.

Ahhh -- spoken like a paid Obamabot.

Tell that to Retired Air Force Lieutenant General Thomas McInerney.

The unqualified Usurper in Chief has put the Army in that position along with spineless politicians and judges. It is now the Army brass's turn to prove whether of not they have a spine.

The paid Obamabots who normally hyjack any thread relating to LTC Lakin have had their butts handed to them with this latest development. Their normal tactic of calling anyone who has concerns about Obama’s eligability a “birther” and part of a kook fringe element a distraction that is keeping “us” from the “real job” in the upcoming election... is just not flying this morning. Poll after poll have shown that a strong majority of Conservatives have questions about Obama’s eligibility. This issue also resonates well with “independents”. Despite the media’s best efforts it is not a fringe issue.

So tell me why, in Birther World, does the Army get to overrule Congress, and depose the guy Congress said was elected President? Why not the Navy, or the Coast Guard? Does the Army have to share this power? What if the Army rules that BO is President, but the Air Force drinks the Birther Kool Aid, rules that he is not President, and that they don't have to carry out his orders? Do the Marines have obey whomever the Navy says is President, or do they get to decide for themselves?

Do you really want to go down that road, and can you really post with a straight face that doing so is somehow upholding the United States Constitution?
