Ahhh -- spoken like a paid Obamabot... The unqualified Usurper in Chief has put the Army in that position ... It is now the Army brass's turn to prove whether of not they have a spine.

So tell me why, in Birther World, does the Army get to overrule Congress, and depose the guy Congress said was elected President? Why not the Navy, or the Coast Guard? Does the Army have to share this power? What if the Army rules that BO is President, but the Air Force drinks the Birther Kool Aid, rules that he is not President, and that they don't have to carry out his orders? Do the Marines have obey whomever the Navy says is President, or do they get to decide for themselves?

Do you really want to go down that road, and can you really post with a straight face that doing so is somehow upholding the United States Constitution?

You're full of nothing but straw this morning, scarecrow.

Let's cut to the quick.

Is Barack Obama an Article II natural born citizen and thus qualified to sit in the Oval Office???

He meens the brass should have spoken up earlier, not rely on JAG. Its obvious only the courts can remove a usurper through the DC Quo Warranto process.

Its always been about the officer oath.
