The mother of "The Brady Bunch," a former NFL quarterback, one of the self-proclaimed "guidos" from "Jersey Shore" and the daughter of Sarah Palin are among the celebrities who will cha-cha-cha on the 11th season of "Dancing with the Stars."

I'll grant you two out of four even without knowing which QB.
The other two? Reminds me of the "Celebrity Apprentice" where (I think) the guy from "The Sopranos" asked Omarossa who she was, and then told her, "I've never heard of you."
More fodder for the hateful MSM to spin into a fanciful diatribe against Gov. Palin.
Warner’s story is amazing in it self. He is a comitted Christian.

Having Bristol on the show will make we 10 times more likely to watch the show than I do now.
Then again, 10 times 0 is still 0!
Yes you can vote similar to “American Idol”. I watch the show but Bristol on the show concerns me...
(Some of the "rocket scientists" on this thread seem to have forgotten that THEY asked HER to be on the show. Sarah Palin didn't put a gun to anyone's head).
What is wrong with having some fun in life? She is a devoted mother to her son, and I am sure the baby is going to be well cared for while she participates. It’s possible her contract includes child care so he can be with her on location.
Why not? Because Bristol has already caused enough damage by her selfish choices.
Good for Bristol. She dances, makes some money. What’s not to like.
Getting vexed over this, IMO, indicates too much time and free-floating negativity looking for a place to be directed.
Not very appealing.
Tell me how this is selfish to dance on a show that approached her. I know it is her name that they are after. Still, why not? How does it effect anything?
And we have a right to note that this is a show based on the idea of watching celebrities dance, and to wonder what makes Bristol Palin a "celebrity."
Well, that's pretty obvious, isn't it? It's because she's the unwed mother of Sarah Palin's grandchild. Being Sarah Palin's kid is not sufficient. Being an unwed mother is not sufficient. But both....? It's the combination makes her a celebrity.
A girl with any sense of propriety might wish to avoid that sort of attention.
Nasty, passive agressive little girl with some serious mommy issues. Or at least how I interpret it.
Can you imagine how boring it must be in Wasilla, hunt'n, fish'n in the summer & snow & ice sports in the winter.
I don't watch the show, but I'll be cheering for 'Baby'.
If she were any other unwed mother, cheated on by her live-in boyfriend, she would be working at the 7-11 and her Mother would be at home watching the baby!
I guess this is what a Mama Grizzlie does for her cubs?
Frankly, with the choices she has been making lately, I am surprized that Sarah didn’t do this show herself!
This family’s bad judgement is astounding!
Are they saying that Bristol is a “star”?! She is infamous for embarrassing her mother, the first female vice presidential candidate in the republican party. It is no mistake that they asked Bristol to do this right about the time of the elections...they are hoping to further smear the republican party by reminding the public of Palin’s “mattress dancing” ways.
I do not understand where good sense and propriety have gone. I guess they are up to the highest bidder....This family never ever understands the ill will that the vast majority of media has for them, and their desire to embarrass them. This girl needs to keep her head down, go to school, get a real job; and turn her life around. Grow up! Stop pimping her life out to gossip magazines and “celebrity shows” and be a person that will make her son proud.
So right.
Well Kurt Warner is not an 18 year old unwed Mother of a former VPOTUS candidate!
Hope his arm is strong enough to throw his partner through the goal posts and be there to receive her.
