You are to be commended for all your work on this, but this observation at your blog I believe explains why Obama hoped people wouldn’t dig too deeply into this:

Joe Biden was supposed to be his ace-in-the-hole. The problem is he has governed SO miserably that people have begun to realize that even a clown like Joe Biden likely could do a better job.
I think Joe Biden is a stupid person but I think he loves this country and wouldn’t necessarily try to destroy it, as Obama is pledged to do from two fronts (communist Cloward-Piven Plan and Islamic agenda he told the Egyptian ambassador he’d work to implement once he got “domestic” issues like HCR out of the way).
Biden would only “act as President” until “a President shall have qualified”, so my understanding is that it would not be a permanent thing but only for as long as it took to figure out which QUALIFYING candidate for President had won the election.
I think Obama chose Biden as his running-mate because Biden, as head of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, oversaw the State Dept and thus knew exactly how Obama’s passport was sanitized.
I wonder how far down the succession to the Presidency we’d have to go before we found somebody who was NOT guilty of either misprision of felony or outright treason.
