Mr. Green is probably wondering what all the hubbub is about. This kind of treatment and abuse goes on behind closed doors in many homes, but I believe it's especially prevalent in black culture and within black families. Mr. Green, like too many, probably thinks it's normal because it's probably what he was raised with.

Sexual harassment is not the province of blacks; plenty of white guys get sued or reprimanded for sexual harassment, especially when women first went into male-dominated workplaces for the first time.

While liberals have done a pretty good job of replacing the black family structure with the government, the black family culture does not encourage or support sexual harassment.
