You need to re-examine your belief system.
Sexual harassment is not the province of blacks; plenty of white guys get sued or reprimanded for sexual harassment, especially when women first went into male-dominated workplaces for the first time.
While liberals have done a pretty good job of replacing the black family structure with the government, the black family culture does not encourage or support sexual harassment.

My comments specifically addressed the “humiliation” portion of Green’s reported actions, not the sexual harassment portion.
Rendell probably got to share some of Carl Greene’s conquests after Greene was finished with them...
