Palin Anticipates ‘Final Victory’ for Miller
National Review ^ | 08/28/10 | Robert Costa

Posted on 08/28/2010 5:29:36 PM PDT by KentTrappedInLiberalSeattle

Sarah Palin tells National Review Online that she is “very excited” about Joe Miller’s strong showing in Alaska’s GOP Senate primary. Miller, she predicts, will soon have a “final victory” after the absentee votes are counted. “Joe Miller is the right one for Alaska and he’s the right one to help put our country back on the right track,” she says.

Miller, Palin adds, “knows that it is time for Alaska to start contributing more to the U.S. with development, with responsible development of our resources — instead of being a ‘taker state,’ being a contributor. We’re so vastly wealthy with our resources but the federal government has to allow us to tap into those resources so that we can become energy secure as a nation.”

We got a call thurs evening about primary, my son had sent in a absentee ballot. I called Ak Repubs in Anch on fri yakin at them and they played dumb; said nothing to worry about. Then it breaks late friday about this Al Franken scheme.

Man, my own Repubs as filthy as the dems. I thought Palin cleaned it all up when she was in power; apparently not though. For some reason, I get the feeling from Parnell's actions that it's back to business as usual up here in Alaska.

I guarantee ya one thing for sure: If they steal this election from Miller, the repubs & Lisa will go down to defeat come November. This has happened before and conservative Alaskans will see to it that the Repubs pay dearly if some fraud is in the process here. It always comes out in the end.

Thanks for posting about your phone call here. I hope Sarah is headed home to Alaska?

Joe Miller and his excellent lawyer are all over this scheme and GoldwaterGirl detailed her experience on another thread where a young man from your state got roughed-up for 'maybe' some poor word choices, but his major points were accurate and I did my best to try to back him.

Reference your Post #24: Sarah did clean up a lot of the corruption in AK. But, most of this is the doing of the NATIONAL GOP, not the Alaska GOP.

Yeah; if they steal this from Joe, you ALASKA CONSERVATIVES MAKE LISA AND THE GOP PAY DEARLY IN NOVEMBER.

There are exactly two public figures in this country who could draw a crowd of 10,000 at an hour’s notice. One is the current occupant of the White House and one is a private citizen. When I go to news sources to look for stories, there is only one name that has more articles than that private person, and he is the chief executive. Has anyone figured out the name of that other individual? Has this ever happened before in our history?

Just heard on ABC radio news there were 87,000 people at the rally............................................ Isn’t it totally baffling, how the AP can manage to put 500,000 LIbs, into the same amount of space occupied by 87,000 Conservatives when the shoe is on the other foot?
