Reminds me, I need to get a ste of gunsmith picks because theyre useful for getting into the small crevices around the Ruger 10/22 firing pin. I have a bit of carbon fouling there that makes it not fuction at times.
I have had excellent luck using an ice pick. I also use spray brake cleaner to clean the actions and crevaces of my guns. You can get the spray brake cleaner at any auto parts store. It does an excellent job of getting everything clean. I have a Ruger MK-I pistol. It has places that are hard to get at as well.
We can turn this ZOT thread into a gun thread.

If this November Mid-Term isn’t a BLOWOUT,ALL bets are off!

If this November Mid-Term isnt a BLOWOUT,ALL bets are off! If this November Mid-Term isn't a BLOWOUT, we'll know the Baraqqis have taken voter fraud to the next level.

I also noticed that C-SPAN’s cameras were not allowing The People watching to get any idea of the crowd size. It’s rather surprising that C-SPAN even carried the rally at all. They most likely decided they’d have to show the rally in order to avert a revolt by The People. They did the broadcast (reluctantly) because they had to. Their limited view of the rally will not have any negative effect on our enthusiasm for change in our country. We surround them, and they know it.

C-SPAN went to great lengths to not show wide shots of the people in attendance. C-SPAN is part of the problem. They were just doing their duty as socialists, as they showed only what they had to, and not what they should have.

The shots I SAW on C-SPAN were where there was AMPLE space beween people, large gaps in the crowd. I am sure it was strategic in nature, to make the crowd APPEAR smaller.
There is NO question the State-Run-Media will down-play the indicators of Americans' un-rest and disgruntlement with the establishment political system and politicians, regardless of which hat (D or R) they're wearing at the time. Special interest politics, favored group appeasment at the expense of others, etc., etc., have boosted the uprising that we're seeing get started.
There certainly will be State-Run-Media hype, more handouts and taxes, and more of the control increases from Washington between now and November. Lots of questionable voting ballot irregularities will occur, too, as they will pull out ALL the stops to try and maintain their power.

I was there on 9/12 and just got back from 8/28. I would estimate there were between 1/2 and 1/3 as many people for this event. My best guess is more than 250,000 and less than 600,000.
