House candidate drops bid so she can expose Obama
WND ^ | August 25, 2010 | Bob Unruh

There's little likelihood that the issue of President Obama's eligibility to hold office ever is going to go away without a full and complete disclosure, based on the dedication of an Oklahoma woman who was so upset at the politician she calls a fraud she launched her own bid for the U.S. House.

"I will fight to my death for this country," Miki Booth told WND today, shortly after she wrote in a commentary on the Tulsa Today website about the "hateful rhetoric" with which she's been targeted since asking about Obama's birth certificate.

"I didn't just question Obama's eligibility to be president, I held up my husband's and son's birth certificates from Kapi'olani hospital on C-SPAN to prove by comparison that the Internet copy of Obama's Certification of Live Birth was a fraud," she wrote.

The males within the leadership of the GOP and RNC have been searching for their gonads with both hands and a mirror and coming up empty handed. Spineless, gutless Eunuchs one and all!

I think they have been looking too far aft...:^)

Black male youths are likely to grow up in single-parent homes. The boys often don't have fathers residing in the home to serve as role models...

And therein lies the heart of what's 'wrong' with black men.

Don't get me started on why so many black men no longer wear the traditional hat of husband, father, protector, and provider. Let's just say that leftists had everything to do with it.

Thank you for the ping. Yes, I remember Miki Booth way back last year I think. She’s a real “gun” slinger and has her feet firmly planted in her “BOOTHS.” She’s a kind of Pastor Manning, and also a Manning fan???

I like her, we need more of her kind; so go Miki baby, GO!!!

Yes they did. The JJ,Sharptons & Rangels are keeping their own peoople down by making them dependent on the government. It was a sharp black lady who told me that. She also said that they will continue to do so to keep themselves in a job.

"Our County has an annual picnic. Apparently, it has been tradition for the women from the Republican Women's Club to bring the desserts."

We just had our county picnic this week, and I went with my teenage sons. The county chairman was grilling, which was nice to see. I don't know about desserts - I didn't see any but didn't look too hard. I'm new on our township GOP committee, but I will say that I'm impressed with our new area leader, who is a mother of 8. We're working hard, and there is change coming in the cradle of liberty.

I agree - I am much more upset than my husband about all that is going on. I look at what they are doing to my kid’s future and it makes me fighting mad!

Booker T. Washington first spoke about the black race-baiter class, nearly a hundred years ago.

It's as true today, as it was then. Some people have learned to exploit poverty and misery for profit. Race pimps is probably a better term for them.

Yes there is. It's called forced, multi-generational dependence on government welfare.

Me too Danamco. It seems from her comments on WND that she has also read the Constitution. Her direct experienct as a Narive born Hawaiian and probably, a natural born American citizen should give her some standing to raise the jus soli issue - born on the soil. But I always worry when those concerned about natural born citizenship don't note that Barry's British birth, dual or not, is absolutely not U.S. birth by citizen parents - jus sanguinis. No more proof is necessary.

But Booth could help those many who don't yet understand that the name calling campaign, ridicule, is classical Alinsky disinformation. We've seen lots of them in action here on Free Republic. They are our enemies because their efforts have been to suppress the understanding of our Constitution. Today, few understand the meaning of natural born citizenship. Two hundred years ago it was understood by most everyone, and discussed extensively in our legal community. Vattel’s Law of Nations was the most cited legal reference between 1780 and 1821 (Grotrian Papers 1972). Vattel was the only book on Washington's desk in New York on his first day as president (and he never returned it to the New York lending library!)

If anyone who doesn't have confidence in the assertion that a natural born citizen is “born on the soil of citizen parents,” and it appears that most don't, please go to rsxid’s thread on Free Republic http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-backroom/2512143/posts
The thread includes some responses by trolls, who actually help to clarify the legal and historical validity of the definition, part of our common law. Trolls force readers to clarify the subterfuges they use to create confusion.

Very clear discussion of the issues is found on attorney Mario Apuzzo’s site: http://puzo1.blogspot.com/
Mr. Apuzzo’s background includes graduate work in international law. He is a careful and thorough. He has written many essays exploring and explaining the legal foundation for the lawsuit he has written for Commander Kerchner, a law suit which is probably the best hope for cornering the Supreme Court, currently “evading the issue” according to Justice Thomas, into clarifying the definition.

No guessing is necessary. Obama challenged our Constitution by telling everyone he was “Born a Subject of the British Commonwealth.” None of the rest of his statement matters. A British subject cannot be naturally born a U.S. citizen. We didn't recognize dual citizenship. We still, and any naturalized citizen can tell you, require an oath of sole allegiance to our Constitution. Remember “I pledge allegiance to the flag and the nation for which it stands?” We are a nation of laws based upon our Constitution. Since we are a nation of laws rooted in The Constitution, the pledge is to our Constitution. Military officers swear to protect the Constitution, not the president. In monarchies, the oath is to the King or Queen.

Obama also told us “I was born a Native Citizen of the U.S.” which doesn't say he couldn't be a natural born citizen, because all natural born citizens are native born citizens. But only native born citizens whose parents are citizens, naturalized, native, or natural born are natural born. Since he told us his father was British, Obama is not a natural born U.S. citizen. In fact, he is a natural born subject of the British Commonwealth, which also tells us that the British subject is very different from a U.S. citizen.

If Obama was not born in the U.S., his lack of natural born citizenship is easier for those who don't go to the trouble to learn about our history to understand. He may not even be a citizen. But “may” is not certainty. He is certainly not natural born because of his British birth.

It does sound strange. We like the British. Why would we forbid a Brit from becoming president? Well, our founders and framers fought to be free from an oppressive monarchy. Some say as many as half of U.S. residents after the revolution were loyal to the King. That is why the Constitution only allowed those here for at least two years before the revolution to be our first president, 1788 - 1776 = 12 + 2 years. Since no one was a citizen before the revolution, no candidates would have been natural born citizens until citizens bore children. Citizens stayed here by choice. Their children grew up with parents who understood that our Constitution protected their freedoms. They understood, as Marshall said, that “we are a nation of laws, and not men.”

Kimberly Munley yesterday in NC. Shes the police gal who shot Nidal Hasan,

Well, she shot at him anyway. Accounts differ. At least she drew his attention and fire long enough for the other DoD cop to put Hasan down, and probably paralyze the SOB for life, short though that may be.

Just so happens that yesterday, and the two days before that, I talked with one of the physical therapists who helped her get back to functioning pretty well. I'd also had him as my PT a couple of months ago, but only yesterday did I think to ask him if he'd treated her. Of course he could not tell me anything about her injuries and so forth, beyond the fact that he had treated her.

I was in the same hospital where many of the wounded were taken, for my second knee replacement surgery in under 2 months. (Yes different knees!) They have good people in that hospital.

........"hateful rhetoric" with which she's been targeted since asking......"running for office interfered with my efforts to expose Obama and his corrupt administration so I made the decision to bow out.....

Having ELECTED officials question Obo qualifs. is the best way to expose him. Sounds like she felt heat and quit. She does not have the credentials of Palin, therefore her voice is greatly diminished now--maybe she can truly help the other guy!?!?
