Yes, I know it's Paris Hilton and you don't either know who she is, or don't care about her if you do. BUT, the fact of the matter is a crazy man with two big-ass knives broke into her home and if it weren't for her boyfriend has his exercise of his 2A rights, she might just be dead - or worse - today.
I didn't hear this part of the story reported on any of the morning shows today.

'Vegas nightclub kingpin Cy Waits 'Ha. The perp is lucky he didn't get his fookin' kneecaps beaten into sandbags and then get strung over a cactus outside of town. That 'nightclub kingpin' title alone tells me he's no choir boy.
"But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come: for men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away, for his name is Obama."

Hmmm... I was trying to find some anti-gun comments by her on Google after reading this article. Instead, I found these. Maybe she actually likes guns??? That's be rare for a woman in Hollywood.

I’m glad the BF was armed — I don’t care if it was Hilton’s house or Joe Smith’s house. Residents need to protect themselves. What if Hilton had been home alone and unarmed?
Celebrities are burglarized as often or more often than the average person here in L.A. They are often targeted due to their celebrity.
This story reminds me to head to the practice range — it’s been awhile!

Yes, I know it's Paris Hilton and you don't either know who she is, or don't care about her if you do. Paris Hilton is the nadir.
Of what, you ask?

Good for him. If it was me I would have shot the guy dead, inside my house or breaking in. To let a nutjob like this live only gives him a chance to do it again, and a guy like this will 100% do it again.

Some questions:
1) Does the boyfriend have a permit to carry? If so which county issued it and what was his good cause statement?
2) If not, did he carry the gun in his car illegally, or, did he keep it unloaded in a separate locked case while transporting it to her home, and then unlocked the case and loaded the gun when he got to her house? Or
3) Is in the habit of leaving his guns in the home of a convicted felon?
Now, I am being factious about this. I 100% support his right to carry. But California is not an easy state to get a permit. This is Los Angeles county.
Is this yet another case of a VIP (a big wig nightclub owner) being able to obtain a carry permit when regular folk can’t? Or does he just carry it without regard to the law?
